Saorstát Éireann (Irish Free State) Florin Coin Ring
First minted in 1928, The Saorstát Éireann Florin (Irish: Flóirín) was one of the first coins of the Irish Free State and so, were some of the first Irish coins to be inscribed entirely in the Irish language.
Featuring a Salmon and the word "Floirin" on one side, the other side of the coin is adorned with the Irish Harp and the words "Saorstát Éireann".
Crafted in 75% Silver, the Saorstát Éireann (Free State) Florin Coin Ring maintains a brightly polished appearance, and the dark patina has an embossing effect on the original details of the coin. The head of the Salmon peaks up on the inside of the band and a flip of its tail rounds off the interior of the finished product.
The rings pictured are from 1933 & 1928 but the year you receive will be random.
